Our online clothing store checkout is managed by Wix Payment and this WIX payment system accepts all major Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. Paypal is also accepted if WIX payments are not covered in your region. For customers from the Netherlands, unfortunately, we can not accept IDEAL as a payment method due to our website's currency being GBP and not EUR. Alternative methods of payments are, Credit/Debit card or Paypal.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition/ all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to request a return. Once the return has been accepted, place the item in it's original packaging along with the original receipt and we will provide you with a delivery address. We are not able to refund or exchange items (Buyer responsible for return postage and exchange item postage) that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accomodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled.
We ship worldwide with Royal Mail Services and requires a signature upon delivery.
