SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide with Royal Mail Services and requires a signature upon delivery.
UK Standard Shipping (2-3 days) orders : £6.95
International Shipping (5-10 days) orders <£600 shipping is £29.00
Orders >£600 shipping is Free
ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition/ all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@avantgardedesign5.com to request a return. Once the return has been accepted, place the item in its original packaging along with the original receipt and we will provide you with a delivery address. We are not able to refund or exchange items (Buyer responsible for return postage and exchange item postage) that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
IN-STORE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are accepted for a Credit or Exchange only. The item purchased must not have been worn and tags still attached. All returns must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date for an exchange or credit.
